Haven Path is an independent, free online directory of U.S. organizations, hotlines, shelters, legal aid, and other resources that may help people experiencing domestic abuse or intimate partner violence. We do not provide crisis counseling, legal representation, medical care, or emergency services.

Information on this site is for general educational purposes only. It is not legal advice, medical advice, counseling, or a substitute for help from a qualified professional or emergency responder. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

We try to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every phone number, address, website, or service detail is current. You use this directory and any third-party resource you contact through it at your own discretion and risk.

We do not require an account to browse the site. We do not sell personal data. Please review our Privacy & Browsing Safety page for steps you can take to protect your devices and history. If you believe your device is monitored, use a safe device such as a library computer or a friend's phone.

Donations are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By donating, you agree to Stripe's terms and privacy practices. Donations are not tax-deductible unless we explicitly state otherwise. All donations help cover site hosting, verification, and expansion of the directory.

Therapists, lawyers, shelters, and other professionals may pay to list or feature their services. All paid listings are reviewed before publication and are clearly labeled. Listing fees do not affect the order or inclusion of crisis, hotline, or emergency resources. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that appears unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate for survivors.

You agree not to use this site to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone; to impersonate another person; to submit false information; or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

The Haven Path name, logo, and original content on this site are owned by Haven Path. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use or for sharing public resource links.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Haven Path and its operators are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from your use of the site, reliance on any information here, or contact with any listed organization. This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
